Forge is a workout tracking app. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Forge uses Sign in with Apple. When you sign in, Apple provides a stable user identifier that we store to associate your workout data with your account and to sync it across your devices. If you choose to share them at sign-in, your name and email address may also be stored. We never receive your Apple password.
Your workout data (exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, and program progress) is stored on the Forge server and scoped privately to your account.
Forge uses PostHog, a third-party product-analytics service, to understand how the app is used (for example, app opens, screen views, and feature usage) so we can improve it. Analytics events are associated with your Apple user identifier, and with your name and email if you provided them at sign-in. We do not use analytics for advertising, and we do not sell your data.
You can delete individual workout sessions in the app at any time. Signing out clears the analytics identity on your device. To request deletion of your account data, contact us via the support page.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
